Getting to Know You
Team Challenge
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed. It is the only thing that ever has." --Margaret Mead Our most successful teams in past years have taken the time to get to know each other beyond their work on the challenge.

Does your family all gather for a picnic every summer? Does your culture have traditions? Do these traditions or even expectations affect your behavior? For example, in some cultures elder grandparents live with the family of the oldest child. What are come traditions from your family and your culture that influence you? Can understanding your background help your teammates understand you? Yes. How do your traditions and history influence how you think of the future? Via Skype, discuss traditions and these questions with your teammates. Explain how they affect you and your role in the challenge. Write a brief summary of some influential traditions and expectations that may impact your team
