Surveys
For all serious competitors in the 2008-2009 Global Challenge. Earn 10 points for each survey (60 pts possible).
The Global Challenge is sponsored by the U.S. National Science Foundation and is devoted to learning about what kinds of students are interested in online problem-solving and global communications about science issues. We want to make sure The Global Challenge is attractive to all kinds of students, from all kinds of backgrounds. The surveys help us learn about who is registering and why. Also, we want to know if students learn anything from being involved. So we take a sample of what students know at the beginning. We only use the information to improve the program and report to the Foundation. We do not give or sell the information to anyone.
