Read this permission slip with your parent or guardian. Then print a copy, have it signed, and return it to Global Challenge. Also, document this step in your eFolio.

Green Earth Corps (GEC) Meter Corps- Parent/Guardian Permission Slip

By signing this permission slip you give your full support to your son or daughter, and that you have read the project description of the Meter Corps, reviewed the Manual, and understand how the program works. It is important that you support your son/daughter through this process due to the fact that they will be starting a small business and will be required to follow procedures and guidelines regarding the Green Earth Corps (GEC) Meter Corps.

BASIC LEVEL:  If you are ready to sign and send in the form, please Download and Print the Form. Send it to:

If you can, please scan it or digitally sign the pdf and upload it to your eFolio. If you cannot, then create a "new work" in your eFolio that says "We signed the permission form and sent it in."

  GRAB YOUR POINTS!  

  1. Log into eFolio. Place your the permission slip documentation into your "Meter Corps" folder. Title your entry with [Your Name]-[Challenge title]-[Process Level] (e.g.  David Gibson-Permission Slip-BASIC) so that we can credit you for your work!

2. Evaluate the Exercise.
