Prerequisites:

3. Software: Microsoft Directx 9.0c; Download latest from www.microsoft.com
Adobe Acrobat Reader: Download latest from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Download:
1. Unzip the "Protect Our Climate.zip" file that you have downloaded in a temporary folder
2. Run the extracted "InstallProtectOurClimate.exe" file.
3. Provide the information prompted and follow the instructions provided.
CD/DVD Version:
1. The Installer should run automatically as soon as you insert the disk in the CD/DVD Drive
2. If not, then search for "InstallProtectOurClimate.exe" file on the CD and execute it.

Vista Users:
1. The "InstallProtectOurClimate.exe" required Administrator privileges to run. If you are not logged in as the administrator of the computer you will be prompted to enter the password for the same. Make sure that you have the password or ask the system administrator to install the software for you.
2. The default folder path prompted during the installation is "C:\Global Challenge Project\Protect Our Climate". It is recommended that this not be changed, although the installer allows the user to change it. In case due to certain reasons it has to be changed, make sure that the changed folder is a "User folder", say "C:\MyFolder" and not a "Windows system folder" as "C:\Program File" or "C:\Windows".
