Finding Common Ground
Your assignment is to find ten things that your team members have in common, with every other person in the group, that have nothing to do with Global Challenge. A few guidelines: no body parts (we all have legs; we all have arms) and no clothing (we all wear shoes, we all wear pants).

Traditions
Does your family have certain traditions that influence who you are? Does your grandmother always knit sweaters for birthdays? Does your family all gather for a picnic every summer? Does your culture have traditions? Do these traditions or even expectations affect your behavior? For example, in some cultures elder grandparents live with the family of the oldest child. What are come traditions from your family and your culture that influence you? Can understanding your background help your teammates understand you? Yes. How do your traditions and history influence how you think of the future? Via Skype, discuss traditions and these questions with your teammates. Explain how they affect you and your role in the challenge. Write a brief summary of some influential traditions and expectations that may impact your team.
